Open Water Swim Coaching New Format of 2008
Join one of the world's best open water swimmers in triathlon for coaching
in triathlon's most technical discipline. Ten-time winner of the swim leg of the
London Triathlon and Double World Aquathlon Champion, Richard Stannard can offer
you exclusive tuition in the art of open water swimming.
For 2008 Richard has teamed up with Trisport Coaching UK (0208 722
4617) to bring one-to-one Open Water Swim Tuition from his base at OpenWaterSwim.co.uk
in Datchet. There is a new format to the coaching for the '08 season due to the
high demands of the last few years, Richard and the team of highly qualified coaches
from Trisport Coaching UK have all been working together in the lake to bring
you the best Open Water Tuiton available. Richard has been training and racing
in Open Water for over a decade and has passed his knowledge onto the TSC team.
Depending on your needs, Richard and the team of coaches from Trisport Coaching
UK can coach you one-to-one or in group sessions covering topics from wetsuit
and goggle fit to starts, sighting, turns and transitions.
Richard and the team can offer you advice available nowhere else which has
been gained through the many hours he trained at his secret lake, hidden away
in the English countryside.
Sessions start on Saturday the 26th April in Datchett and go through until

You will need the following equipment:
» Swimsuit, goggles and swim hat
» Wetsuit (one can be loaned but the fit is not guaranteed)
» Towel
» Vaseline or Slip Stick to avoid wetsuit rash!
