Most emotional performance
Winning the ITU World Aquathlon Championship in Queenstown, New Zealand with massive support from the British Triathlon Age Group team.
Most embarassing moment
Standing behind the blocks getting ready for a swim race and discovering that I had no swimming trunks on under my warm-up tracksuit... They waited for me to get properly dressed!
Motivation
My family and friends.
Favourite music
Robert Miles' Children (before a race) and anything on my iPod at any other time.
