Time Scale: On average orders take two weeks. If you do not receive your order in this time please contact us.

Postage: We will send all orders by Royal Mail recorded signed for delivery. This allows us to track the orders so we can ensure it arrives with you. We can only be held responsible for tracking of orders 30 days after postage. If you do not receive your order within this period and do not contact us until a later date we may not be able to help you trace your order.

Credit: We regret that we are unable to offer credit on orders. Please make cheques payable to TPC.

Returns: If for some reason you are not happy with your order please contact us as soon as possible to discuss.
